Terms Of Service for Bright Bliss Lighting

Welcome to Bright Bliss Lighting! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Services Provided

Bright Bliss Lighting offers professional Christmas light installations, permanent LED lighting solutions, and related services. Specific details of each service will be provided in your estimate or service agreement.

2. Booking and Payments
  • Scheduling: Installation dates are scheduled based on availability and weather conditions.

  • Deposits: A deposit may be required to secure your booking. Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

  • Payments: Full payment is due upon completion of the service unless agreed otherwise in writing.

3. Customer Responsibilities

To ensure a smooth installation process, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate property information and access for our team.

  • Ensure that electrical outlets are in working condition.

  • Notify us of any potential hazards or restrictions on your property.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
  • Cancellations: If you need to cancel your appointment, please notify us at least 7 days in advance. Late cancellations may result in a fee.

  • Rescheduling: We will work with you to reschedule based on availability.

5. Warranty and Maintenance
  • Seasonal Lighting: Seasonal light installations include a service warranty for the duration of the season.

  • Permanent LED Systems: Permanent installations include a manufacturer’s warranty on products and a workmanship warranty from Bright Bliss Lighting. Warranty details are provided in your service agreement.

6. Limitation of Liability

Bright Bliss Lighting is not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing damage to gutters, roofs, siding, or electrical systems.

  • Any damage caused by improper use, weather events, or tampering with installed lights.

  • Indirect or consequential damages resulting from service use.

7. Children’s Privacy

Our services are not directed to individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have collected such information, we will take steps to delete it.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including logos, images, and text, is the property of Bright Bliss Lighting and may not be used without our written permission.

9. IMPORTANT NOTICE (Data Sharing) 

We do not share your personal data/information (First Name, last Name, Email, Phone. etc) to any Third party vendor or company.

 

We may disclose your information when required by law/Government or to protect our rights, privacy, safety, or property, or that of others.
